Assessment before parts are selected
A reported symptom may involve a failed part, but the cause cannot always be confirmed before assessment. ServiceMaxx can inspect the equipment and discuss options that may include repair, parts replacement, fabrication or equipment replacement.
Some work requires parts or workshop fabrication after the initial visit. Availability and timing depend on the equipment, part requirement and repair scope.
Covered loading-dock equipment
Parts support is tied to our confirmed service scope: dock levellers, dock lifts and dock scissor-lift tables, boom gates, dock bumpers, barriers and related loading-dock equipment. We do not service forklifts or general non-dock fleets.
