A programme built around your equipment
A suitable programme considers the equipment type, model, manufacturer information, operating conditions, condition and the site's maintenance arrangements. There is no one service interval that suits every dock leveller.
ServiceMaxx services all makes and models within its covered scope. Programmes can include dock levellers, dock lifts and dock scissor-lift tables, boom gates, dock bumpers, barriers and related loading-dock equipment.
What a dock leveller service can cover
ServiceMaxx's dock-leveller maintenance checklist includes technician checks of:
- the full operating cycle
- electrical-system connections
- hydraulic fittings, hose assemblies and oil level
- hold-down welds, fasteners and visible structural condition
- the maintenance prop and support legs
- lip activation, tilt, pivot pockets and cylinder clevises
- rear and lip hinges
- dock bumpers and operating signs
- roller-door and boom-gate interlocks where fitted
- the area around hinges and below the leveller.
The checklist can involve inspection, testing, adjustment, lubrication and cleaning as appropriate. These are technician activities, not instructions for site staff.
Service history and reminders
ServiceMaxx can keep service history on record and provide maintenance reminders. This helps sites manage planned visits across covered loading-dock equipment without relying on a single generic interval.
From findings to repair options
A maintenance visit can identify items that need further attention. ServiceMaxx can assess repair options, parts replacement, fabrication or replacement where appropriate. Some findings need parts or follow-up work after the planned visit.
