Dock equipment we assess and repair
Our technicians work on dock levellers, dock lifts, dock scissor-lift tables, boom gates, dock bumpers, barriers and related loading-dock equipment. We service all makes and models within that confirmed scope.
ServiceMaxx is an authorised Tieman Safetech provider. Our team also works across other makes and models of covered dock equipment.
Symptoms we can assess
Arrange an assessment when a dock leveller is not operating as expected, including when it:
- will not lift, lower or return to position
- has a lip that will not extend, return or stow
- has visible oil or apparent fluid loss
- has unusual movement, damage or noise
- has an issue with indicator lights, controls or an external cable
- has a dock lock, restraint or release issue.
These symptoms do not identify the cause on their own. A technician needs to assess the equipment and site conditions before recommending work.
Rapid response during normal operating hours
A dock leveller fault can interrupt loading activity. ServiceMaxx provides rapid response during normal operating hours across South East Queensland.
When you contact us, include the equipment details where available, what it is doing now, and any visible damage or oil. Photos can also help us prepare for the visit.
Assessment and repair pathway
We assess the reported fault and discuss the available options. Depending on the findings, that may involve repair work, replacement parts, fabrication, further testing or a return visit with the required parts.
Some faults need workshop work or parts that cannot be confirmed until the equipment has been inspected. The initial assessment may identify follow-up work.
OEM and custom parts through Hyforce Engineering
ServiceMaxx can source OEM and custom replacement parts through our sister company, Hyforce Engineering. Documented repair work includes hydraulic components, controls, pins, bearings, dock bumpers, brackets and fabricated steel components.
Planned preventative maintenance
ServiceMaxx also provides planned preventative maintenance for covered loading-dock equipment. A programme can keep service history on record, provide maintenance reminders and set a schedule that reflects the equipment and site.
Based in Yatala, servicing South East Queensland
ServiceMaxx is based in Yatala QLD 4207 and services industrial and commercial loading docks across South East Queensland. We do not service forklifts or general non-dock fleets.
